Noer Fauzi Rachman PhD, is psychologist and scholar activist, graduated at doctoral program in Environmental Science, Policy, and Management (ESPM), University of California, Berkeley. He is active in giving policy advice and study at national level in Indonesian agrarian, environmental, forestry and rural development national program.  He is active also serving as advisor, trainer, and board in several Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) in Indonesia. His expertise covers political ecology, agrarian studies, natural resource management, land and tenure reform policies, and social movements.
